Syrah vines rooted in the sandy soils beside Doana are pressed immediately on arrival, leaving the juice almost clear. The must ferments in oak barrels, adding gentle texture and light spice while preserving bright fruit. The result sits between white and ros: a pale, copper tinged wine with crisp red berry notes and a subtle smoky hint from the wood. Only a small release was bottled, letting each glass
