A lovely lifted, pithy, white floral aromatic reminiscent of spring time. Great nervousness on the palate; lemon, sweet pear fruit cut through with refreshing acidity and lovely balance. Cool, white, feathery minerality that we see from wine on Harcourt granite and a subtle talcy texture. It's extremely clean, easy and morish. Pat Underwood, Winemaker.
